Everything you need to know about getting your order, and sending it back if it isn't right.
Shipping
- Domestic shipping
- Standard domestic shipping is free on orders over $150 and $8 otherwise. Orders typically arrive within 3 business days.
- Express shipping
- Express shipping is available at checkout for $20.
- International shipping
- We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout where available.
- Lost orders
- Reach out and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
Returns
- Return window
- Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Return cost
- Returns are free. Enter your order number on the returns page and we'll generate a prepaid shipping label.
- Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
- Damaged items
- Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window. Start a return and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
Sale items
- Final sale
- Items marked final sale can't be returned. Other sale items follow the standard 30-day policy.
- Price matching
- We don't offer price matching or price adjustments on past orders.
- Changing a sale order
- Sale orders are processed immediately and generally can't be changed once placed.
Gift cards
- Gift card purchases
- Gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.
